The SEL-2924 and SEL-2925 bluetooth serial adapters will be available from end August 2012. Carry an SEL-2924 Portable bluetooth serial adapter in your toolbox to connect to an EIA-232 port on a relay, controller, or other device. Use the built-in bluetooth wireless capability of a laptop, smartphone, or other device to communicate up to 10 m via a secure wireless link. or, you can permanently install an SEL-2925 bluetooth serial adapter to avoid exposing personnel and equipment to hazardous conditions. Control and monitor equipment from your vehicle or other another safe location up to 100 m away via a secure wireless link.
